Training and Coaching

Training and coaching is an active element used to support implementation and business change. The quality and relevance of the training can reduce the time to full implementation or conversely consume a lot of time and money without necessary benefits.

Process training is generally characterised by:

  • Opportunities to practice using the process
  • Good examples that can be copied safely
  • End to end process training (or just in time modular training).

Most training of this kind is focused on the people and business change.
