- Frequency and magnitude of process faults across a number of areas of usage

There are many ways to generate the values through assessments. The SCAMPI(SM) process is an excellent approach with a selection of formality ranging from very formal ratings - SCAMPI(SM) A to less formal approaches SCAMPI(SM) B or C.
This approach can also be combined with other best practice process audit approaches to yield very cost effective process performance feedback / data.
